"The ‘running nerd’ in me always searches for the best ideas and processes to achieve peak performance and stay injury free"
- Paul Hadfield

I came to running later in life following a long gymnastics career and have always loved the process of training and improving plus the exhilaration of crossing the finish line knowing you’ve left everything out there. The mental and physical battle that long distance running provides has always sparked my interest and the ‘running nerd’ in me always searches for the best ideas and processes to achieve peak performance, stay injury free and ultimately have a happy running experience.

More recently I’ve had the chance to further my knowledge and pick the brains of Australia’s elite runners and foremost running brains as host of Running Matters Podcast. The mantra “never stop learning” resonates with me and hopefully I can leave you with some gems of wisdom to get you to the finish line with a satisfied smile and an eye toward the next challenge!

Happy Running!
